    Your Purpose
    As a Commercial Legal Counsel at Molson Coors, you will provide comprehensive legal support across various commercial matters. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on legal risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including supply agreements, service contracts, and framework agreements;
    • Advise on a broad range of commercial legal matters, including intellectual property, data protection, and compliance with regional laws;
    • Identify and manage legal risks by providing practical and commercially focused solutions that help mitigate potential issues and support business operations;
    • Support the procurement team on vendor contracts, tender processes, and supplier disputes, ensuring that all procurement activities are legally sound and effectively managed;
    • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, maintain internal policies and procedures, and assist in delivering legal and compliance training to various business units;
    • Implement and improve precedent agreements, such as risk matrices and guidelines, as well as template agreements and clauses;

    About You

    • You should be a qualified Solicitor with post-qualification experience, holding a current UK practising certificate;
    • Have strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and advocacy skills;
    • Demonstrated ability to manage demanding clients, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in fast-paced environments;
    • The ability to operate and influence effectively across different stakeholder levels;
    • Self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams;
