Basic of £20,000-£22,000 Ote £26k-£27k

Manchester

Monday to Friday

I'm working with a fast growing New Homes property company based in Manchester, they are looking for a graduate property manager to add to their already growing property department

The package for the position of Property Administrator is:

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • general admin
  • Viewings, dealing with maintenance queries
  • Check ins and check outs
- inventory checks

  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
- managing the office

We are looking for

  • No Experience requiredGrads or admin
  • Presentable and great communicator
  • Self starter, quick learner and highly organised
  • Genuine Interest in Property
