Description

Job Title: HR Operations Manager - Global Excellence

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the business, driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless execution across onboarding, payroll input, employment changes, documentation, and offboarding.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of all day-to-day HR operations, ensuring service delivery aligns with business needs, compliance requirements, and employee experience expectations.
Line manage the EMEA HR Ops team, supporting their development, workload management, and operational excellence.
Ensure adherence to global governance, escalating and resolving deviations where required.
Collaborate with regional HR teams to embed standards, ensuring consistent execution while accommodating local compliance needs.
Monitor and report key people metrics, including headcount, attrition, organisational structure, workforce demographics, and other key data.
Support global mobility processes.

About You:

You will have previously worked in a similar HR Ops role, managing a team with a focus on operational excellence and delivery in a global business.
