    Description

    An exciting opportunity to start your career in a Top Tier 1 Legal 500-ranked Rural Property team has arisen in our growing Edinburgh office.

    This role offers the chance to kickstart your legal career in the Rural sector with one of Scotland's most prestigious full-service law firms.

    You will work closely with a highly experienced and respected Partner and a dedicated Rural team on a diverse range of property matters including purchases, leases, sales and estate management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To provide high-quality legal advice and support to clients in the Rural Property sector.
    • To assist in the preparation and execution of property transactions, including conveyancing, leasing and estate management.
    • To contribute to business development activities, building strong professional relationships from the outset.

    About You:

    • A Second Year Trainee or NQ Solicitor with experience in Real Estate and/or Rural Property.
    • A genuine interest in the rural property sector and a desire to grow your expertise in this area.
    • A willingness to contribute to a collaborative, nationally respected legal team and build a long-term career with clear development pathways.
    • The ability to thrive in a client-focused environment and work with a diverse client base, from high-net-worth individuals to global organisations.
