How you can make your mark:

Make your mark as a Competence and Training Advisor for Boskalis Subsea Services - Offshore Energy In this role you are responsible for supporting and driving the company to achieve operational excellence in all global diving operations across a fleet of Diving Support Vessels (DSV's), Construction Support Vessels (CSV's) and the Global Onshore workforce.


In this role you will provide the business with the means to ensure our employees and contractors are competent and trained to carry out their role safely, and assurance that the Company has the ability to successfully demonstrate Competence of the workforce to standards expected by our Clients and Industry.


Your main responsibilities include:


  • Supporting the C&T Manager in maintaining strong relationships with Internal and External stakeholders and Clients;
  • Ensuring all associated C&T business systems remain fit for purpose and in compliance with Industry requirements;
  • Acts as focal point for Government bodies including ECITB maximizing learning opportunities for our UKCS workforce.

Your Qualifications:


  • Recognised Assessor and/or Verifier Qualification ideally with a proven track record of working with OPITO and/or IMCA Competence Frameworks;
  • Recognised Auditor Qualification to ISO 9001:2015 Standards with demonstratable experience in auditing/assurance activities;
  • Demonstratable experience in the role of C&T Advisor and/or Senior C&T Coordinator, preferably within the Subsea Sector of Oil & Gas Industry;
  • Experience working with Training and Competence Management Systems.

  • The ability to manage internal & external stakeholders;

  • Where you will work: Your location will be our campus in Westhill, Aberdeen.
  • Fulltime job: The position of C&T Advisor is full time, 35 hours per week.
