Learning and Development Specialist
Contract:
Full time and permanent with hybrid working (2 days pw WFH)
Location:
Offices in Bradford, Leeds and Huddersfield - you can choose you base location out of Bradford or Leeds
Salary:
£35,000 - £39,000 pa
We are currently partnering with a reputable legal organisation in West Yorkshire who are looking for an L&D Specialist to join their HR team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced L&D professional who is looking to really make their mark within a progressive organisation.
The purpose of the role is to deliver learning solutions for the organisation whilst also helping them to embed and grow a culture of learning and innovation.
The Role:
- Provide IT training across the organisation to enable colleagues to use the systems available to them at full capacity
- Provide soft skills training for school leavers, junior lawyer groups, and even partners/directors on leadership and development skills
- Train the trainers you will support a colleague for each department, such as Accounts and Risk & Compliance, to enable them to train their teams
- Work with partners and other key stakeholders to determine learning and development needs and provide solutions
- Reinforce the organisation's values and deliver learning initiatives
- Design and implement an L&D strategy
Requirements:
- Essential excellent IT skills and will have experience of providing training on case management systems, learning management systems and HR software
- Essential experience of delivering soft skills training
- Essential comfortable planning and developing course content
- Essential you must be engaging, confident and an articulate communicator
The Package:
- Full time and permanent
- Hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
- You will work at one office as your base (Bradford or Leeds), and any travel to the other two offices will be expensed in the form of parking, train fare, petrol, etc
