We are seeking an additional Administrator to join our existing team in Farnham on a full time basis to start ASAP paying up to £13.80 per hour plus holiday accrual, with free parking and some flexibility to the start and finish times.

The purpose of the job as one of our Administrators, is to provide effective administrative support to the Area Team and to proactively ensure that appropriate procedures are followed, and standards are met at all times with duties including as listed below:

  • Assisting with the daily Post, answering the phone and door, checking the fire alarm and safety testing on a weekly basis.
  • Dairy management and keeping all staff up to date.
  • Generate fortnightly reports
  • Collection of monthly travel logs
  • Attending monthly meetings and making notes, typing them up and distributing to all staff.
  • Updating the database and making any amendments where required.
  • Ensuring all official vehicles have the mandatory 'kit' on board.
  • Update with all the home working and office equipment on a regular basis.
  • Undertake check of all staff driving licences, insurance and MOT's
  • Monitoring the building to ensure communal areas are safe parcel deliveries stored appropriately.
  • Update the labels on the racking system
  • Making sure the photocopier area is kept clean and tidy and making sure the cartridges are recycled regularly.
  • Check the suitability of the stationary.


To be considered for this position you must have previous administration and customer service experience, be happy to think on your own feet, used to making decisions where required, excellent organisational skills as well as attention to detail.

ExcellentPC skills including Word/Outlook/Excel are also essential. You will be happy to work on your own within a small team but as part of a larger organisation
