Full-time 10:30 am - 2:00 pm over 7 days

£10.40 per hour

About the role:

Staverton House is a luxury care home specialising in dementia care in Staverton, Wiltshire.

Our dedicated team delivers a high standard of care to those with dementia, making sure residents maintain their independence and are part of a positive environment.


Kitchen Assistantsare a valuable part of our team, assisting the chef in meal preparation, cooking, and serving meals to our residents.


As a
Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for acting in line with health & safety and food hygiene guidelines.

Kitchen Assistant you are making a difference by supporting our resident's choices, dignity, and independence.


Responsibilities include:


  • Assisting in preparing, cooking, and serving meals to our residents
  • Assist in washing and cleaning kitchen equipment and surfaces
  • Acting in line with health & safety and food hygiene guidelines
  • Promoting our resident's choice, dignity and independence and all times
