Calbarrie Cheshire Ltd have vacancies for motivated telemarketing/research representatives to join our sales team in Nantwich.

Calbarrie provides Safety Testing services across the UK with an impressive client list.

We currently use a recognised CRM system to service an existing local client list of over 1000 happy customers. That is where you come in

Our sales team are at the heart of our service as we offer tailored compliance solutions both to our existing clients and other prospects.

With on-going training provided, we are looking for a professional sales force, with a constant view for growth.

If you are looking for career progression this could also be a huge opportunity for you, with most positions developing into BDM or Management roles within the company.

The role:

• Ascertaining customer's requirements.
• Contacting active leads in a professional manner by telephone.
• Researching new areas for sales growth.
• Cross Selling our service packages.
• Successfully closing deals.
• Working independently as well as part of the team to achieve KPIs.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Selfmotivated attitude.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good initiative.
• Competitive/Driven mindset.
• The ability to bring new and imaginative sales/marketing ideas.

The package:

- £22, ,000 basic salary dependent on experience, potential uncapped commissions.

• Up to 25 days holidays exclusive of bank holidays, with Christmas Eve off
• 37.5 hour working week, with an early finish on a Friday
