Description

This role will report into the Operations Quality Lead and will support the Operations global function to achieve its objectives in line with business requirements.


The role will support the attainment of customer satisfaction, project delivery and the drive to standardise and simplify processes and procedures.


A key aspect of the role will include the administration of the company non-conformity and assurance system (ATRAC) and using the data within to identify risk, trends, and opportunities.


The position has a broad scope and will involve interfacing with multiple stakeholders across the business and will provide guidance and support for quality management processes and systems.


  • Conduct analysis of performance data to identify themes and trends (ATRAC and BMS).
  • Provide input to Management Review, essential reports and key meetings.
  • Encourage the use of the Business Management System ensure its content is current and compliant.
  • Deploy and maintain the quality competency process and measure its effectiveness.
  • Promote the use of required systems (e.g. ATRAC, BMS) and support any training requirements.
  • Provide analysis and reporting of information required for customer satisfaction.
  • Support the ongoing certification to ISO 9001 (and other international standards) and provide assistance to the certification focal point when required.
  • Assist with the delivery of key audit activities as identified in the assurance plan.
  • Support investigations and action implementation where required.
  • Support lessons learned and continuous improvement.
  • Champion quality management through regular engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Compile and provide reports on information as required.

Qualifications:


  • Degree/diploma in Quality management or related discipline (desirable)
  • Membership of CQI/ASQ or equivalent country specific body (desirable)
  • Auditor qualification by recognized industry body (required)

Knowledge, skills and experience:


  • Previous Quality experience
  • Good working knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements would be beneficial
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge and use of PowerBI
  • Good level of communication skills in both written and spoken format
