Internal Telesales Person

We are looking to strengthen our sales team with this position at our offices in Middleton You will be focused on contacting via our in house database those customers who may have not purchased from us for some time and
more importantly reach out to new prospective customers who have the ability to utilise our services and products.

We appreciate you will need some initial support on our products, services and systems and this we will support you with so enabling you to have all the tools necessary to succeed and generate a good personal income.

You will need to have had previous experience in a similar role and be a very self-motivated individual with a desire to succeed.

Responsibilities
Contacting NEW and existing customers through our CRM system and the use of your creative thinking skills

Initiating sales opportunities with potential customers over the phone

Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going

Ensure you listen and understand customer needs

Ensure you have update information on all our products and capabilities

Meeting demanding sales targets

The patience and determination to engage customers in meaningful conversation

The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers

Ensuring all our customers receive an excellent level of service and satisfaction

To understand the other various key KPIs and contribute to ensure they are achieved

An ability to demonstrate an organised / methodical approach with tenacity and resilience


Company Profile

Package

OTE circa £30,000+
Includes 28 days holiday (including bank holidays),

4 x salary life cover and company contribution to a pension scheme after the probation period

Hours of work:
Monday - Friday (08:30 - 17:00)


Salary:
£22,262.00-£24,977.00 per year
