Pensions AdministratorPermanent
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
£25,000 per annum
Duties will include;
- Provide a pension administration service to staff.
- Scheduling autoenrolment and reenrolment activities.
- Weekly and monthly reconciliation and submission of declaration of compliance.
- Resolving pension related queries.
- Attending internal and external meetings to provide support and guidance on pension administration issues.
- Perform input activity and pension calculations.
- Experience working in pensions administration environment, preferably working with large multicompany payrolls.
- A working knowledge of autoenrolment, reenrolment and declaration of compliance submissions.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and organise to ensure deadlines are hit.
- Attentive and highly analytical with the ability to problem solve.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office particularly work and excel.
- Recognised pension administration qualification desirable but not essential.
