Are you a Salesforce Administrator looking for progression in to a Revenue Operations Manager role or someone already at a Sales Operations Manager level?

We are currently working with a leading NW based SaaS company that have been experienced consistent growth over the last few years.

They are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join an already well established outfit.

You will need tohave strong commercial understanding and be keen to work with an industry leading tech stack to help drive revenue, growth and help the business achieve its objectives.


Working within a high performing and fast-growing revenue team the role involves owning the sales & marketing tech stack to help the wider revenue team deliver against our sales goals.

The company has implemented Salesforce as the core platform for salesenablement.

This role will be the system owner, responsible for the integrity of data and processes running through the Salesforce platform.


The business have also invested heavily in its tech-stack, implementing an array of sales enablement tools, including Hubspot, Salesloft, LinkedIn, Lusha, Docusign and Dealhub.

This role will ensure that the team makes best use of these technologies.


However, this role is not just technology administration, this role to play a key role in design, implementing and helping to report on key sales business processes.

They also expect this role to be commercially aware so that they can contribute to monitoringkey sales and marketing metrics and identifying areas of opportunity.


The role:
Salesforce Administrator - Revenue Operations Manager


  • Systems Owner for the entire Sales & Marketing Tech Stack, but specifically the key Salesforce system owner responsible for administration and project prioritisation.
  • Enhance productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes.
  • Create and maintain documentation on revenue processes, policies, and relevant training materials
  • Own the endtoend process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business;
  • Partner with sales and marketing to refine lead qualification process, analyse and report on campaign performances with reporting and dashboards.
  • Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management and remits.
  • Understanding of CRM and Sales Enablement Tech. Be able to make recommendations for selecting, implementing and managing sales automation technology.
  • Responsibility for lead generation and lead management processes, ensuring nothing drops through the cracks
  • Leave nothing left to chance, attention to detail and accuracy of information and reporting is paramount

Experience required:
Salesforce Administrator - Revenue Operations Manager


  • Proven experience as system owner of Salesforce CRM
  • Experience of sales enablement/automation tools, including Salesloft, Lusha, LinkedIn, DealHub, Hubspot would be helpful, but not essential
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a SaaS sales environment
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of driving change and the ability to challenge the status quo, providing innovative ideas and critique
