What will you be doing?

  • Actively support the business on Risk & Assurance matters by conducting regular site visits, assure the business the right standards are in place, undertake regular audits and monitor progress against the site improvement plans.
  • Engage with Operational teams and identify further improvements and provide solutions.
  • To work closely with Management, to support operations and where appropriate support and liaise with external stakeholders, regulators and customers, providing technical support and expertise to the business
  • To liaise with clients to support and advise on industry best practices.
  • Mentor the R&A Advisors on their skills / expertise or assisting with specific tasks such as event investigations and deputising for R&A Manager where additional support / actions are required.
  • Monitor with the operational teams the close out of action from audits, events and investigations
  • Support the site carrying out event investigations to identify root cause, depending on severity escalate / seek advice from the regional manager
  • Ensure that all improvement projects are implemented at site level and outstanding actions are identified within the site improvement plan.

What are we looking for?

  • NEBOSH General Certificate
  • Auditing experience and a background in demolition is also preferred
  • Experience of different operational activities and the ability to influence key stakeholders on site
  • An individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide industryleading customer service to all internal and external customers.
