The role is working with EYFS children within the resource base where you will be working with a strong team supporting pupils with their social skills, managing their emotions, sensory activities, and access to the curriculum.
The school has average EAL and SEND needs for the geographic area and like to provide additional support for students with additional needs.
If you feel that you could offer this child, the support they need then please get in touch.As a full time, teaching assistant, the school will expect you to essentially be a permanent member of staff, so the following is expected.
- Support SEND children within the resource base
- Support the class teacher with daily activities
- Assess achievements of pupils.
- Ensure the students can access the curriculum
