Sellick Partnership are recruiting to a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a friendly team within a highly regarded local authority in the North West.

As Commercial Property Lawyer, you will be required to handlea range of property law matters, including leases, licenses and sales and purchases of land, landlord and tenant matters, and disposals and acquisitions.

The successful Property Lawyer will join the team for an initial - 6 months, with a possibility of extension.
Office attendance is required approximately 2 days a week. Previous public sector experience is desirable, although Commercial Property Lawyers from Private Practice backgrounds are still encouraged to apply.
