Salary:

Hours:40hrs, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 (closed on public holidays)


Location:
Lancing, West Sussex


Reporting to:
Customer Service Team Leader

We are recruiting for a
Customer Service Advisor due to continued business growth.


You'll be responsible for:


  • Follow departmental procedures when dealing with customer enquiries, ensuring set quality standards are adhered to.
  • Adhere to data protection and compliance requirements
  • Work towards quality and service targets.
  • Provide support to other areas of the Customer Service department as and when required.
  • Work as part of a team.
  • Always maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Adhere to data protection and compliance requirements

Person specification

  • Excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate clearly, precisely, and in a calm and professional manner.
  • Strong written English.
  • Problem solving skills: able to identify the exact details of a problem through a rational process and be able to take steps to ensure a successful resolution.
  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
  • Preferably have proven experience in a customer service role, ideally in an inbound call centre environment.
  • Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship is desirable, but not essential.
