£25,000-£26,000 per annum D.O.E + 15% annual bonus

Bank Partners have an exciting internal opportunity to join us as a Partnership Delivery Partner We're looking for a personable and professional individual to be at the forefront of our services, liaising with internal stakeholders and dedicated on site teams at Bart's NHS Trust, providing a simple and effective contact point to what is a large, shared service incorporating many functions including Talent Attraction, Customer Care, Contract Support and other Group wide services.


In this role you will be a key conduit for external partners such as designated high tier agency partners and third-party technology providers.

Partnership engagement and Agency Partner management are relationships key to the success of our delivery model and to the Trusts continuing to see benefits from these partners.

Every day you will...

  • Provide support to the Partnership Delivery Manager directly, through the tracking of issues and complaints reported, categorisation and supporting with analysis to understand root causes
  • Manage the tracking of all clinical complaints received, working in parallel with the booking's teams and consulting with internal partners to execute tasks requested
  • Work onsite three times per week, providing support as part of a wider team to both the Bank Business Partners and Productivity teams, establishing strong internal relationships and at times being client facing in a support capacity to the Partnership Delivery Manager
  • Liaise with internal partners including the Operations Director, Contract Manager, Supply Chain and dedicated on site teams
