We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team in Manchester. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a satisfactory and efficient manner.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Providing product information and answering questions about our products and services.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
  • Continuously striving to improve the customer experience.

Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proven customer support experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Salary:
£10.00-£11.00 per hour
