We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team in Manchester. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a satisfactory and efficient manner.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department or team member.
- Providing product information and answering questions about our products and services.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
- Continuously striving to improve the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
- Proven customer support experience.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Salary:
£10.00-£11.00 per hour
