We are currently working with a fantastic company based in Rochdale who are looking to appoint an Service Administrator to join their team.

Working hours are Mondy - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Key Duties:


  • Reporting to the Ordering Manager
  • Communicate effectively at all levels with both Internal / External Colleagues and Customers
  • Order Processing duties
  • Answering / Logging incoming calls and logging jobs through Excel Spreadsheets
  • Managing Delivery Dates with Clients
  • Produced daily KPIs

Profile:


  • Strong Administration skills must have worked in a similar Service / Scheduling / Contract Admin position
  • Experience within the Kitchen Industry would be beneficial
  • Communication Skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team Player
