We are currently working with a fantastic company based in Rochdale who are looking to appoint an Service Administrator to join their team.

Key Duties:
- Reporting to the Ordering Manager
- Communicate effectively at all levels with both Internal / External Colleagues and Customers
- Order Processing duties
- Answering / Logging incoming calls and logging jobs through Excel Spreadsheets
- Managing Delivery Dates with Clients
- Produced daily KPIs
Profile:
- Strong Administration skills must have worked in a similar Service / Scheduling / Contract Admin position
- Experience within the Kitchen Industry would be beneficial
- Communication Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Team Player
