Our client, a growing hospitality and retail lifestyle brand, has an exciting opportunity for a Front of House Supervisor to join their team

Duties:

Motivating and leading Kitchen & Front of House Staff during service
Day in day communication with the team
Driving excellent Customer Engagement, Cleanliness, and attention to detail
Maintaining & enforcing required level of Health & Safety & Food Hygiene Standards
Working closely with the Management and Supervisors to maximise sales potential
Assisting Management with Stock Control to minimise wastage

Key skills/ experience:

Senior level Barista experience, with team leadership background
Excellent time management & punctuality
A love of good food & coffee
Passion for sustainability, health and well being
Knowledgeable on all things coffee & able to produce a top product in high volume settings
