1st Line Support AnalystGot a year two of 1st line support experience under your belt? Know your Exchange/365, Active Directory and Windows Server yet want to broaden into other areas like databases, CRMs, networks and backup solutions, as well as project work in the future? Perhapsyou feel you've gone as far as you can, want a bigger (or smaller) environment or want to be one of the go-to people in the IT Department?
You'll work with an array of technology (see above) and enjoy solving problems, be they very small ones or coming up with a new, innovative idea to help out a colleague with a better solution.
