OUR EXCITING OPPORTUNITY

The Head of Marketing & Communication for Customer Unit (CU) UK & Ireland (UKI) area is responsible for managing all Marketing and Communications both Internal and External across the UK and Ireland.

In this very important region, the team works in very close partnership and collaboration with the Customer Unit team (Sales) and you will be the strategic advisor for Marketing, Corporate Communications in the Customer Unit (CU) Leadership team.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead Marketing, External and Internal Communications for CU UKI
  • Partner with Central functions to activate relevant local activities across Marketing, Digital, PR, Government Relations and Internal Communications
  • Own the sustainability and Corporate Responsibility for the Iberia Customer Unit
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and rest of Leadership Team for the Customer Unit in all Marketing & Communications topics
  • Drive sales enablement agenda and customer engagements tactics to build an effective and outstanding Customer Journey and to ensure all sales teams are effective
  • Contribute and Own specific Marketing projects to support growth of the Europe and LATAM Marketing and Communications team
  • Manage the annual budget to achieve maximum results
  • Lead and Enable a team of seasoned Marketing & Communications professionals (3 team members)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Proven experience in B2B Marketing or communications in a sophisticated Global Technology Company
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Outstanding Relationship Building, Leadership Skills and previous Line Management experience
  • Substantial experience in: Sales Enablement and Demand Generation, Account based Marketing, Global Marketing Campaigns, Digital Marketing, Internal and External Communications, Enterprise Marketing
  • Strategic utilisation of influencing and lobbying skills based on effective communication and active engagement
