Beijer Ref Academy is one of the UK's largest refrigeration training centres, with one of the most comprehensive ranges of products and systems, including CO2 and A2L.

We offer bespoke, hands-on training, as well as F-gas certification. We are C&G approved.

After the successful launch of the Beijer Ref Academy, we have seen overwhelming demand by our customers to utilise our high quality, industry-specific training programmes.

Consequently, we have an exciting new opportunity open for an Administrative Assistant, to focus on performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, providing support to managers, employees and visitors, assisting in daily office needs and managing the Academy's general administrative activities.

As Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:

• Organise and schedule appointments
• Plan meetings
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system and new CRM
• Update and maintain office procedures
• Order office supplies
• Manage contact list, and various diaries
• Book travel arrangements
• Provide general support to visitors
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Handle requests and queries from colleagues and managers

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask

Full training will be provided on all product and service offerings.

Our group, Beijer Ref UK & Ireland, is a leading group of refrigeration and air conditioning wholesalers with 47 branch outlets and utilises two distribution centres for centralised stocks.

There are 4 wholesalers within the group; Dean & Wood Ltd, HRP Ltd, RW Refrigeration Wholesale Ltd and DWG Refrigeration Wholesale Ltd (Ireland).

Also within the group is our MHI (Mitsubishi Heavy Industries) air conditioning business, Beijer Ref Refrigerants and Beijer Ref Academy.
