Reference Number:69153**Venn Group is currently working with a large NHS company who are looking for a Care Group Manager. Below is a brief synopsis on the role;

Duration:
Start date - ASAP - 3 Months Initially

Location:
Hybrid

Rate:
£290 + £35HP = £325 PAYE or £365.02 Umbrella

Hours:
Mon to Fri

Purpose of the role:

Manage Surgery Care Group, comprising a number of specialities, supporting the Clinical Lead
Responsible for the overall delivery of service, quality, financial and other targets as determined by the Trust
Responsible for business, workforce and financial planning within their own unit, and will work closely with other managers and clinicians to support Trustwide objectives
Oversee the operational delivery of all services in the Care Group
Take a lead in achieving key performance targets in line with national and local agreements
Line management responsibility for the Speciality Lead Clinicians, Matrons, and operational managers within the Care Group and assumes delegated responsibility for the budgets
To implement the strategic development of the care group
