The Company
Our client is a privately owned group with a diverse portfolio of companies.

Due to a recent restructure and to support their investments in the UK, they are looking for a qualified Finance Manager to join their Head Office team.

The Opportunity
This role will report into the Head of Finance with responsibility across the breadth of both financial and management accounting

Duties will include:

Preparation of monthly consolidated accounts (cashflow, balance sheet) working with divisions to ensure they produce robust numbers
Producing monthly reports for the Group and portfolio companies and completion of the monthly group reporting submission
Providing support for the Group Treasury arrangements
Preparation of local statutory accounts and tax packs
Deputise for the Head of Finance and oversee finance function when required

The Person

You will be fully qualified (ACA or ACCA) with experience ideally gained in a top 10 practice
This could be a great first move into industry but equally could suit someone already working in a similar role looking for a new, exciting opportunity
Of graduate calibre, you will have the ability to problem solve and think both strategically and tactically
Experience of preparing consolidated accounts, or experience of auditing them and good experience of statutory accounting are essential
