Hiring due to Expansion

Steve Bollen Landscaping Ltd is a privately run company established for over twenty years and is now in the process of expanding our team.

We are seeking a bright, hard working individual for a varied role which includes regular maintenance and gardening for our long standing domestic client base.

Working generally in the Fleet and surrounding area.


Would suit a young person willing to learn the trade.

Also open to someone who would want to go onto an apprenticeship programme if wanted.

Work includes:

• Lawn cutting and edging.
• Hedge trimming.
• Weeding.
• Planting.
• Pruning.
• Mulching.
• Improvement work on clients gardens on an ongoing basis.
• Soft and hard landscaping projects as required.

• Some workwear and safety boots provided. All PPE supplied.
• 28 days paid holiday including Bank Holidays (After 1 full years service).The position would suit a young, fit, enthusiastic person willing to work in a team of four.

Previous experience very useful but not absolutely essential.

The successful applicant must be reliable, punctual, presentable, have a good work ethic and the ability to work with a team.

The successful applicant will be willing to learn and improve their landscaping skills on an ongoing basis.


The position is full time, not seasonal, and 52 weeks a year. Hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm ON THE JOB. We do not lay people off during the winter season. We are busy every week of the year.

Up to £27,000.00 per year
