Excellent role to suit a defendant clinical negligence lawyer with one of the UK's leading firms in this field.

Our client seeks to appoint a defendant clinical negligence solicitor to join their successful team based in Birmingham. You'll ideally have at least 2 yearsPQE+ gained in either defendant clinical negligence (or claimant clinical negligence and with an appetite to work in defendant.)

The team advises NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, Medical Protection Society and medical malpractice insurers of private hospitals and clinics on clinical negligence claims.

In addition, the firm advises on health law advice, regulatory matters and represent clients at inquests and judicial reviews and give guidance on clinical risk management.

The firm has an established client base comprising major insurers, reinsurers, Lloyd's Syndicates, public bodies and corporates.

Working in a friendly, supportive team, you'll have exposure to a consistent throughput of challenging clinical negligence cases with the scope to develop your experience.
