Inspire Fitness are recruiting a Fitness Experience Assistant to join a small team in Chippenham.

With an intimate venue and limited membership, Wiltshire's only state of the art EGYM circuit allows members to avoid the barriers they may otherwise face at a commercial gym.

Our Inspire Fitness studio provides much more than a gym to so many.

It is a friendly, welcoming community of like-minded individuals all supporting one another on their journeys both in the studio and out.

What you'll be doing...

• Providing a key role in owning and conducting the member journey reflecting our personal and empathetic approach.
• Promoting the community ethos, engaging with all members in a positive manner, offering assistance where required.
• Taking ownership of feedback, compliments and complaints received and sharing these within the team.
• Encourage, nurture and support members as they embark on their fitness journey.
• React to queries and requests from members promptly and appropriately both in person and on the telephone.
• Take pride in the overall appearance and cleanliness of the studio maintaining high standards always.
• Be responsible for either opening or closing the premises on your given shifts.

What we are looking for?
A great communicator able to interact with a varied membership base. We have members from of varying abilities so it is crucial you are a people person.

We are looking for someone who has an active interest in fitness and wellness and understands how these are interconnected.

Whilst a level 2 qualification is desirable, we would consider someone with appropriate experience.

An organised, motivated individual with a desire to make a difference.

The knowledge and ability to offer one to one personal sessions or deliver class based exercise is preferable.

If your ethos is "no pain, no gain" then this definitely is not the job for you.

The hours will be part-time (20 hours pw + holiday cover if required) to include Saturday mornings on a rota basis.

You will need to be available to work between the hours of 8:30am and 8pm, shifts are to cover either opening or closing of premises.

Saturday mornings require you to be available from 9am - 12pm only.
