CMA Recruitment Group is actively seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a successful and growing business based in Andover, Hampshire.

This position will be reporting to the Financial Director.

What will the Finance Manager role involve?

Oversee the transactional finance team (AP, Credit Control and Management Accountant);
Monthly reconciliations;
Budgeting and forecasting;
Balance sheet reconciliations;
Financial analysis;
Profit and loss reporting;
Processing bank transactions.
Previous team management/ supervisory experience;
Accounts experience gained within a busy, fast paced environment;
Strong MS Excel skills;
Knowledge of group reporting and month end procedures;
Proactive, methodical and detail orientated approach.
