Receive, monitor and record incoming referrals to the service via email or telephone Prepare daily triage sheet and send to sonographer to action Book appointments by letter/telephone and advise preparation detail Process result reports following clinics and disseminate as appropriate Enter data following all clinics into appropriate spreadsheet for billing Answer dedicated service telephone, dealing with all queries Regularly liaise with sonographers to ensure service requirements are being met i.e.
images are downloaded, cleaning folders and audits are completed Liaise with sites to ensure monthly room allocations are booked Prepare monthly rotas End of month invoicing and reporting to CCG Check/authorise sonographer and room rental invoices Stock control of service consumables Occasional reception/admin cover Undertake any other additional duties appropriate to the post as requested by the management team or the partnersMore jobs from White Cliffs Medical Centre
