Business Development Manager - Field SalesWe are looking for positive people with a can-do attitude to join our field sales team in the UK

Up to £29,000 basic PLUS uncapped commission - Annual OTE £45k+. Start earning from your first month

Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:
Our BDMs are responsible for the overall success of their region, meaning you will take on a hybrid role - Your core focus will be growing your estate through New Business, this will likely take up 80% of your time, you will also have full responsibility for all of your existing partners, helping them grow and succeed.
We have a telesales team that will support you with booking meetings, but to succeed in this role, you will also need to be confident & proactive in generating your own leads and meetings.
Monday - Friday in the field attending new business and account management meetings across your territory.
Daily independent management of your dairy, planning and daily activities.
Working towards daily KPIs and Monthly Sales targets
Actively researching your territory to identify new business opportunities.
Optimising the sales and profitability of the existing customer - Upselling, solving problems and providing ongoing support.

Previous customer facing sales experience would be an advantage, but not essential.

A full valid driving license is required for this role.

£26,000- £29,000 basic salary.
