Join Our Team
You will be our Internal Communications Business Partner.

You will be a communications partner to business functions, creating content and delivering a calendar of internal and employee communications to align and engage colleagues, share information, support transformation, and build culture.

This role is part of the global Marketing and Communications team, reporting to the Chief Communications Officer.

The Internal Communications Business Partner works closely with the Brand and Content Manger and with other global business functions, including HR, Legal and Compliance, IT and Finance.

SiriusPoint has offices in North America, Bermuda, UK, Europe and Singapore.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Owning from creation to delivery, the group internal communications calendar
  • Helping define and communicate the employee value proposition
  • Helping business functions communicate their plans and policies
  • Supporting a strong programme of change management communications promoting the evolution of SiriusPoint and the continued integration of SiriusPoint's two legacy companies
  • Devising and managing communications, calendars, distribution lists and events to drive employee engagement, including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and ESG/CSR initiatives.
  • Developing and maintaining our intranet platform and sourcing, creating and managing content, plus developing potential additional channels, to inform, engage and align our colleagues
  • In collaboration with Brand and Content Manager, produce written content, video and digital for internal communications channels
  • Delivering and monitoring the impact of our internal communications and employee engagement activities
  • Being an internal champion for the SiriusPoint brand, values and culture

Your skills and abilities should include having:

years of experience working in corporate communications, public relations, employee experience and/or a similar area

  • Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing internal engagement and alignment plans and activities
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, ability to build relationships and trust with teams and management
  • Strong project management skills and able to establish and implement processes
  • Team player ready able to operate and excel at both strategic and tactical levels. Willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done
  • Flexible in times of ambiguity and conflicting deadlines and calm under pressure
  • Dynamic and selfmotivated with the ability to get to the heart of complicated issues with speed
  • High degree of integrity and comfortable to deal with confidential information
