Role Overview:
Join our dynamic UK team and take on a pivotal role in supporting our UK-based clients with their resource needs.
As a project coordinator, you'll collaborate closely with our clients to understand their staffing requirements, particularly in the realm of IT, spanning from Backend (Java), Frontend (JavaScript), Quality Testing expertise, and more.
Your primary focus will be to identify and engage with talented consultants, ensuring a seamless integration into our clients' teams.

- Collaborate closely with UKbased clients to comprehensively understand their staffing needs, particularly in the IT sector.
- Liaise with Line Managers, Project Managers, Vendor Management and Recruitment to identify and engage with talented consultants for various client project roles.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and enhance overall efficiency in meeting client demands.
- Proactively address any challenges or concerns that may arise during the process, employing problemsolving skills to achieve successful outcomes.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience required:
- Understanding of the IT sector, including knowledge of different IT technologies
- Proven experience in project coordination or clientfacing roles, preferably within the IT industry.
- Ability to work independently
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in following and coordinating processes, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
- Adaptability to navigate changing priorities and evolving client needs while maintaining a high level of service delivery.
- Selfmotivated and able to work practically and logically, using your own initiative
- Commitment to continuous learning and development.
