Our rapidly expanding property office is looking for an excellent and experienced

Lettings Administrator.
Tick are recruiting for a
Lettings Administrator.


You must be self-driven, motivated and enthusiastic individual who is hard working, outgoing, a good communicator and, above all, passionate about property.

We manage high end luxury properties within the Liverpool area, so local knowledge is essential.


About the role:


Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Completing and monitoring weekly key audit
  • Taking cash/card payments
  • Ensuring properties are ready for new tenant
  • Ensuring we have up to date readings for all properties including gas and water
  • Protecting new tenants deposits
  • Booking appointments in for right to rent/inventory
  • Booking of dressing 3D tour/photos once works completed
  • Booking of undressing after move in confirmed
  • Organise paperwork for move ins
  • Ensuring available parking bays are advertised and monitoring of adverts

Person Specification:


  • At least 1 years working knowledge in a lettings role
  • Knowledge of current property legislation
  • Extremely organised
  • Selfmotivated; must be able to work on your own initiative
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Liverpool area
  • Proficient with Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Confident
  • Willing to work additional hours where needed to continue providing an exceptional service
  • Willingness to learn and develop
Salary of up to £23,000 basic depending on experience, plus commission and bonus scheme.


Working hours are full-time Monday - Friday, however you will be expected to work 1 in every 3 weekends, with days off in the week in lieu.
