Description

Seeking a HR Advisor to join a nationwide charity, which supports disabled children and young people, as well as their families.

This is a hybrid role, with the requirement to be in the office one day per week, though there is the possibility to work moredays in the office if desired.


The HR Advisor will be supporting the HR Business Partner, as well as a team of four HR professionals including two HR Administrators and two Senior HR Administrators.

Key duties for this role include handling employee relations (ER) issues such as disciplinaryand grievance issues, absence management, performance management, and restructures.

The salary for this role is between £24,000 and £35,000, depending on experience.
