OVERVIEW:

  • A new role for an experienced Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor who can demonstrate a real interest in Casualty work, who is a team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • You will be familiar with working in a commercial environment and experience of Fixed Fee and/or Delegated Authority working is also an advantage.
  • This reputable team serves a broad range of insurers, runoff syndicates, brokers, private companies and the selfinsured.
  • Applications are sought from current partners or senior associates with a minimum of 8 Years PQE.
  • You must demonstrate a willingness and record of leading and developing junior members of the team.
  • Your experience will include, fast track/multi track Industrial Disease to include deafness, mesothelioma, WRULD/HAVS/VWF, respiratory illness claims and stress at work and historical abuse claims
  • You will be prepared to support the BD activities of the team in particular in relation to collateral, events and presentations and to demonstrate experience of these activities in past or current roles.
