Management Accountant | Manchester | £30,000 - £40,000 + study support

The Opportunity

The business is amid a spree of targeted acquisitions which will see ongoing and fast-paced expansion.

You'll join as Management Accountant - responsible for management accounts prep, P&L analysis, margin, sales and profit reporting, streamlining month endall supporting the FC.

There's opportunity to really make a difference and drive improvements - introducing new reports and dashboards, supporting the sales team with forecasting, supporting the FC to develop improved stock and margin reports

It's a vibrant SME and you'll have lots of contact with non finance colleagues and a step toward finance business partnering.

It will give you an incredible platform of practical experience in parallel to your CIMA or ACCA studies (which will be fully supported and funded).

Loads to love

You need to be:

An energetic, enthusiastic and ambitious Assistant management accountant someone who has completed either AAT or a relevant degree and is keen to box off CIMA or ACCA.
Practical management accounting experience (journals, accruals and prepayments etc great double entry).
Strong excel / analytical skills.
Confident communication skills.
Ability to balance ad hoc projects alongside key monthly deadlines.
Keenness to learn and progress no fear of getting stuck into new tasks and solving new problems.
