We are actively seeking a new recruit to join us as an Agency Surveyor.

We are a niche agency practice established over 25 years and based in Manchester City Centre.

We cover central Manchester, Salford Quays, MediaCity, Cheshire and Warrington and have a long-standing client base including some of the most established commercial property businesses in the region.

REQUIRED SKILLS


Above all else, we are looking for a reliable team player who could also work independently with problem solving skills, self-motivation, and a keen attention to detail.


PRINCIPAL DUTIES

  • Arranging and attending property viewings and inspections on a daytoday basis
  • Negotiating property lettings
  • Attending client marketing meetings
  • Social media / digital marketing
  • Providing support to the directors
  • Liaising with all relevant parties involved in a property transaction

THE OPPORTUNITY


This will be a very active role as we regularly conclude in excess of 150 transactions per year and we rarely see anything as being too small We are a results focused business, which is why so many of our clients, both Landlord and Tenant, return to us.


You will have responsibility for your own work and the chance to seek out your own opportunities for new business.


Whilst we anticipate the role to office based Monday to Friday (we work most effectively whe we collaborate and share information), we have the ability to work remotely when required with all of our systems cloud based.


We are a small Director led business and understand there is a world outside of work so respect that from time to fime our employees may need to work a little more flexibly and will be given our trust to do so.

There is a genuine opportunity to progress within the business.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Relevant property degree
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook / Word / Excel)
  • A great team player with a positive, flexible, cando attitude and with good sales skills
  • Be able to work and solve problems independently
  • Full UK driving licence
