We have a new and exciting role within our IT Service Operations function and are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Analyst to pave the way in supporting our ServiceNow platform.

As a ServiceNow Senior Analyst your role will be a combination ofData Analysis and Business Analysis, with partial skills from the Project Management and Release Management.


The ServiceNow CMDB side of the role is there to improve and maintain the quality of data in the CMDB.


The ServiceNow Platform side of the role is there to help ensure that work Demands into the ServiceNow Team are well outlined and able to be assessed - including - where necessary helping Demand raisers with process flows and organising meetings to progressDemands and options.

Additionally, there are ServiceNow lifecycle events that require a degree of project management wrap-around such as planning platform upgrades and leading documentation reviews.

We are looking for someone who has a high level of attention to detail, planning and stakeholder management skills.


Day to day you'll

  • Work collaboratively with the ServiceNow BPI-BA Lead, ServiceNow Developers, Demand raisers / key Stakeholders to review ServiceNow Demand submissions ensuring that requirements are clear, customer focused and present a great customer experience.
  • Work with Demand raisers / key Stakeholders to develop process flows to support the demand submissions.
  • Support ServiceNow Platform upgrades by utilising Project and Release Management skills to reach out to stakeholders to test the upgrades, manage issues raised and update project plans for the lead up to and actual go live of upgrades.
  • Work with the CMDB Lead to analyse data sets in the CMDB to improve and maintain the quality of data in the CMDB.
  • Create controls and attestations for CMDB data owners and follow the lifecycle through to updates and/or approvals.
  • Provide advice and guidance on demand and CMDB queries and requests.

To be successful you'll need to bring...

  • Enthusiasm for building relationships and have the gravitas and confidence to work effectively with stakeholders across IT and the business.

  • Significant experience of Data and Business Senior Analyst roles, some experience of Project Management and an understanding of Release Management.
  • Evidence of aligning these disciplines to a service oriented IT platform ideally ServiceNow.
