Salary:
£35k DOE


Hours Available:
Full Time, possible WFH


We are assisting our client who are looking to recruit a
Legal Practice Manager who will be responsible for the smooth running of all aspects of the practice management function.


Responsibilities

  • To collaborate with suppliers to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and proved an effective service.
  • Monitor the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; Identify and qualify new suppliers in collaboration with other departments
  • Establish performance metrics for measurement, comparison or evaluation of factors effecting the services of the business.
  • Develop policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implement subsequent changes to processes.
  • Assist the team in the coordinating of changes, supplier extension or new services line launches to ensure timely and orderly transitions.

Required skills / Abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Three years of experience in a managerial position
  • Thorough understanding of company service lines
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with clients and suppliers
