Our Client:


We are working with a global Investment Bank / Capital Markets business in the search for a Senior Compliance Monitoring and Surveillance Officer to be a part of their London based team.


Responsibilities:


  • Undertake daily post trade surveillance monitoring (review and escalate)
  • Deal with market abuse or market integrity issues
  • Use PowerBI to deal with nonautomated Trade Surveillance
  • Complete riskbased desk and thematic reviews
  • Monitoring Communications
  • Ensure appropriate documentation is dealt with

The Requirements:


  • Good academics, ideally including CISI
  • Proven Compliance Monitoring & Surveillance experience
  • Must have Investment Banking or Capital Markets experience (including related Products)
  • Experience in the front office is preferable
  • FCA, MIFID II, MAR knowledge is required
