Job Summary:

The ESG & Sustainability coordinator will work closely with the Sustainability manager leading on LSH's Social Value service line and contract delivery in addition to supporting the wider implementation of the corporate sustainability strategy.

The coordinator will be responsible for collating data related to social value activity, delivering social value projects, and managing internal & external stakeholders.

The coordinator will have project management and stakeholder engagement experience related to Corporate Sustainability, Social Value or CSR. The coordinator will have knowledge of the national TOMs framework and delivering activity relating to these metrics.

The coordinator will support the delivery of the Social Value service line through project delivery, research, presentation generation and tracking.

The coordinator will drive internal engagement and support the promotion of the social value service line.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the delivery of Social Value projects on client contract.
  • Support the delivery of internal Social Value and CSR Initiatives.
  • Develop Social Value commitment plans, timelines and social value trackers in relation to client bids.
  • Engage with contract leads on internal fee agreements and contract commitments.
  • Research client social value strategies and support peer review activity.
  • Input social value data into the social value portal platform and generate accredited reports.
  • Manage stakeholders at various levels of seniority, develop relationships with service line leads.
  • Support management of the Social Value working group and regional corporate sustainability strategy representatives.
  • Support management of the social value service line fee tracker and budgets.
  • Support creation of marketing material, BD material and presentations.
  • Develop relationships with Social Value Portal and manage portal employee use.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree
years of experience in a similar corporate sustainability role.

  • Good data management skills.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Corporate Social Responsibility and/or Social Value, ideally experience using the National TOMs framework.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with marketing and supplier engagement.
  • Knowledge of sustainabilityfocused communication campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of corporate strategy and the ability to implement initiatives to support it.
