Description

The Duties for the role include:

Reporting to Financial Controllers in the UK and Europe, duties include:
Maintenance of purchase ledger, generating supplier payment runs, posting and providing payments
Supporting Financial Controllers with pre

- and post

Fair accounting tasks
Payroll entries and VAT administration

Experience required:

Understanding of basic accounting principles
Experience with bank reconciliations
Experience using Xero, Excel, and Google Sheets
Experience in raising invoices to UK and EU entities
Experience in completing new supplier onboarding forms
Have 2+ years' work experience within an accounts department within a similar role and could be actively studying for an accountancy qualification.
Possessing high levels of communication skills and aptitude for dealing with customers and employees diplomatically on all levels.
A self motivated individual, possessing good common sense and judgement.
Sound organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.

£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
