Pub Manager/Management Couple

We are looking for an experienced General Manager or Management Couple, with demonstrated success, to join our management team at My Yorkshire Pubs Limited.

My Yorkshire Pubs Limited is a family run company based in Rotherham with a combined 60 years' experience running pubs in an around South & West Yorkshire.

We are looking for a
Manager or Management Couple to run our Village Local Pub in South Yorkshire. The position is a Live In position with living accommodation. Part of this partnership must be a chef or have kitchen experience

You will be a strong and enthusiastic leader, leading from the front with proven capability of developing, managing and motivating front of house teams.

This role will give you the opportunity to lead and evolve in the operational standards as well as exceed budgeted commercial expectations through a clear understanding of GP, P&L and labour costs.

You will work closely with the company Directors as a key contributor to the success of the pub and My Yorkshire Pubs Limited

You will be key to ensuring a high level of customer service, to build our reputation and become first choice in our customer's eyes.

Salary:
Up to £35,000.00 per year
