Our highly regarded public client, who is based within the Housing sector, have a temporary role for an HR Resourcing Officer.

The rate of pay will be £14.87 per hour and is for approx. 12 months.

The role is agile home based but will need to be in office for training and meetings within Glasgow city Centre.

This is Monday to Friday working.


Main duties and responsibilities:


  • Organize, coordinate, and administer the full range of support required for effective onboarding of new starts following interview
  • Management of internal and external adverts, including preparation and publishing of adverts
  • Provide administration processing within HR including new starts, transfers, promotions, and resignations, ensuring all related documents and systems are updated
  • Manage and process Health Plan Claims and WFH Allowance claims
  • Manage the Recruitment mailbox and ensure appropriate action taken within timescales
  • Compilation and secure management of sensitive people resourcing data, including equal opportunities monitoring information, preemployment health questionnaires and criminal conviction declarations
  • Ensure correct handling of vital regulatory processes including right to work in the UK, Disclosure Scotland, and professional registration
  • Ensure all HR policies, processes and related documents are implemented in line with Employment Law
  • Ensure HR systems operated and updated effectively
  • Produce HR reports as required
  • Support the implementation of HR projects as required
  • Review and process all health plan claim forms ensuring compliance with standards and W. E. Benefit policy
  • Monitor the wellbeing mailbox and respond to queries relating to health plan claims

Skills:


  • Previous experience in debt recovery
  • Ability to manage debtors referring to suitable debt support agencies
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiating and presentation skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Strong customer service ethos
  • Able to produce high standards of written communication and reports
