The opportunity:


Sitting within our HR Services Team, as a HR Coordinator you will play a key role in the delivery of an exceptional employee journey across the UK.

Supporting employees through the full employee life-cycle throughout the business, and acting as the first point of contact for all HR advice and guidance to line managers and employees.

This role is being offered on a 6 month fixed term hybrid contract.

Your Profile

  • You will have some experience of working in a fast paced environment, with high volumes of queries
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively, efficiently and professionally with colleagues at all levels
  • Great customer service
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workload to meet challenging deadlines
  • Adaptable, flexible and resilient
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong team player
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of employment law principles and GDPR regulation would be advantageous
  • CIPD qualification is advantageous but not required
