The opportunity:

Sitting within our HR Services Team, as a HR Coordinator you will play a key role in the delivery of an exceptional employee journey across the UK.

Supporting employees through the full employee life-cycle throughout the business, and acting as the first point of contact for all HR advice and guidance to line managers and employees.

This role is being offered on a 6 month fixed term hybrid contract.

Your Profile

You will have some experience of working in a fast paced environment, with high volumes of queries
Strong ability to communicate effectively, efficiently and professionally with colleagues at all levels
Great customer service
Ability to prioritise and organise workload to meet challenging deadlines
Adaptable, flexible and resilient
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong team player
Basic knowledge and understanding of employment law principles and GDPR regulation would be advantageous
CIPD qualification is advantageous but not required
