What does the role entail?
Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer enquiries and requests.
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
Respond to customers in a professional manner.
Coordinate sales activities such as:
Creating quotes
Order processing
Product availability and forecasting
Delivery schedules
Managing sales documentation.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and requirements.
Collaborate with our manufacturing partner to process orders.
Coordinate with logistics partners to arrange shipments and deliveries.
Work closely with finance in regard to invoicing and managing accounts receivable.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to international trade, ensuring compliance and adherence to ethical business standards.
Continuous Improvement - help us to identify and implement improved efficiencies, such as process automation/on-line order fulfilment.
What are we looking for?
Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in international sales or sales coordination.
Strong knowledge of international sales processes, trade regulations and documentation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with international customers.
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and knowledge of Xero accounting system preferable.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate.
Flexibility and adaptability to work from home or office environment.

£22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
