Full-time, 35 hours Per Week


The College of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences are looking to recruit an Executive Assistant for our Head of College activities, located within the College Office team.


The opportunity
You will be re sponsible for providing high level, professional, confidential and administrative support to the Head of College. This will include managing Head of College activities, liaising directly with senior staff of the University and external organisations.


Your duties and responsibilities will include:


  • Executive Administration Support. To provide executive level, confidential administrative support to the Head of College to ensure all their professional activities are managed efficiently and prioritised effectively.

Operational Service Delivery. Providing operational support to the Head of College, linking closely to the College Registrar and broader College Office Office team

'Head of College' Communications. Acting as the Head of College's representative and first point of contact for communication matters.

Stakeholder Engagement. Working directly and pro-actively with both external and University stakeholders, including to source, collate and organise information to ensure the Head of College is fully briefed and prepared for all meetings.
