Customer Service Advisor - Hybrid in Stevenage

Then we have an exciting new opportunity for you as a
Customer Service Advisor within our friendly team based in Stevenage.

You'll work Monday to Friday,
just 35 hours a week No weekends Work life balance is important to us, so once you're feeling confident and your training is complete, the role will become
hybrid too so you can cut down on the commute time


So, what does the role of a Customer Service Advisor here involve?

  • Build
    positive relationships with customers, Insurers and other external stakeholders providing advice and solutions as required.
  • Handling renewals and midterm adjustments with thorough attention to detail, maintaining a
    high level of accuracy.
  • You will need to enjoy working in a
    fastpaced team. We work hard, help and support each other and we're driven to achieve all our team goals and objectives all whilst having a lot of fun

What are we looking for in a Customer Service Advisor?


You don't need insurance or contact centre experience as we provide a
2-week induction and internal training within your team to provide
all the support you need ensuring you feel confident in the role and then continued development to start your career with us.


What's important is that you are passionate about providing exceptional service and possess a genuine desire to grow with our company.
